Why do we do it?

We feel we can do this because we are paid by the lender when a loan settles.  We feel as though we are contributing to the community on behalf of all three of us - the lender, you and Warringah Home Loans.

We thought it might make you feel good too.  How often do you feel like you are getting something back from your bank?  This way we can all feel good about taking money from the bank and giving it to someone who might need it more than we, or the bank, does.

It is a business model that we chose to adopt.  Many mortgage brokers receive customers as referrals from business partners -real estate agents, accountants etc, to whom they pay a referral fee.  We chose not to approach our business that way.  We feel that if we promoted our business through the internet and through the community groups that we support, those in greater need will benefit.
